Managing an Act! database via Remote Desktop & VPN

Partners and select clients may have access to manage their Act! database by using the Act! user interface on the servers. This allows for the maximum configuration options that may not be supported in ACP at this time. In order to connect to the remote desktop, user will need to connect to the VPN first then connect to the Remote Desktop server (RDP).  To determine the RDP servers IP address for a database, Go to the database dashboard, then go to the server panel. There will be one or more Sync/RDP servers listed. This is the IP address you should connect to.  In order to get access via VPN/RDP you must email support to have your account approved and setup.
