If you have change setting in an Act! database and those changes are not showing up in ACP, then you will need to refresh ACPs cache. You can refresh all of the information that ACP has cached for a database or just a particular section. 
To update the cache click on Support, then Diag Reports.  Then select the cloud icon in the right corner.  A pop up will appear. Next, select the areas of the Act! database that ACP needs to refresh.  Then, click the blue refresh button. 
Remember, if you have made substantial changes or there is a large amount of information in a field, this could take some time. To check the status of the refresh check the Queue. 


I do not see where this is "To update the cache click on the cloud icon in the right corner."
